RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is important to us that you're completely satisfied with your order at goriginalclothing.com.

We accept returns for up to 15 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Please be advised, we cannot take back intimate items including underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the Goriginalclothing.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipping company of your choice. We do always recommend purchasing tracking and insurance for your return shipping as Goriginalclothing.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee.
All returns must be sent to our Returns Department.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Unfortunately shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, Goriginalclothing.com does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time. Feel free to call us with any inquiries at originalgmason@gmail.com
